6:45 – 7:45: Yoga
7:45 – 8:00: Meditation
8:15 am:

Detox Tea

Green smoothie: 2 cups organic spinach; 1 cucumber;  1 cup honeydew melon cubes; coconut milk; ice & water

Comments: my stomach is making weird noises. And my husband’s butter-denched whole wheat toast looks really, really appetizing right now.
