Super tasty oil-free vegan salad dressing for ultra fresh garden greens & herbs:
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
1/4 cup unsweetened soy yogurt
squirt of acacia honey
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
lots of fresh herbs (today I used mint, dill, & tarragon from the garden)
mix. eat. yum.
Bonus fact: I like this dressing on a salad of fresh greens, peas, radishes, cucumber, and toasted pecans. It’s like spring in a bowl. heaven.
